Helping IPIS simplify internal & customer workflows.

Helping IPIS simplify internal & customer workflows.
context

IPIS Sverige is a home services company that’s all about 24/7 support, whether you need help with installation, plumbing, electrical fixes, or more. They’re dedicated to making sure every job is done right, for both homeowners and businesses.

This project was all about finding ways to make life easier—for both the customers booking handymen and the team managing all the chaos behind the scenes. It wasn’t just about designing a nice interface; it was about solving real headaches and creating a system that works right for the long haul.

CHALLENGE

Digitalization at IPIS was meant to simplify things, but it quite didn’t. Despite an online system, they were swamped with calls about bookings, payments, handyman details, and order verifications, making it more hassle for everyone.

Now, IPISverige has an intuitive platform that truly reflects its dedication to quality and efficiency. Every design in this case study has been developed and is actively used by the team, proving its value in real-world scenarios.

And the journey doesn’t stop here. We continue to provide routine maintenance and ongoing support, ensuring everything stays as smooth as it was on launch day.

For me, I’m currently redesigning the internal app used by handymen while they’re out completing their work orders, ensuring it’s just as intuitive and effective as the platform we’ve already built.

Handling end-to-end work orders all over Sweden isn't easy, especially when payments are confusing, equipment charges come out of nowhere, and commuting between jobs take forever. So, we didn’t just go digital—we fixed what was broken.

We brought in an intuitive user journey and built digital projects that connect handymen, customers, and the IPIS team, taking the manual burden off their shoulders.

Now, everything’s in sync, and everyone knows exactly what to expect, just making everyone's life a little easier.
